Ask away; I’ve read every receipt!

No. Pantry Point is free to join, and there are no fees to earn points, check your balance, or redeem a gift card. Participating brands fund the rewards because they want to thank the households that buy their products. All you need to do is shop the way you normally would and upload your receipts.
You can shop at any grocery store, supercenter, or pharmacy that carries participating brands. Points are tied to the products on your receipt, not the store you bought them at, so you don’t need to switch stores or carry a separate loyalty card. As long as your receipt is clear and shows the store name, date, and items purchased, it can be scanned for points.
We’re rolling out region by region as participating brands join the program and make their products eligible in more stores. Enter your ZIP code and email in the eligibility check to see whether Pantry Point is available near you. If it isn’t yet, we’ll save your spot and email you as soon as it arrives.
Pantry Point is open to US residents 18 and older. We allow one account per household to keep things fair for everyone.
You can use the Pantry Point app or your phone’s browser, whichever you prefer. Both let you snap receipts, track your points, and redeem gift cards.
Yes. Anyone in your household can upload receipts to the same account, so your points add up faster.
We only use your information to run your account and send the updates you’ve signed up for. We never sell your personal data.

Participating products fall into four categories: pantry staples, snacks, household essentials, and frozen favorites. Once you’re a member, you can browse the full list of participating brands and products, which grows as new brands join. If you’re not sure whether something counts, upload the receipt anyway and we’ll award points for every eligible item we find.
It depends on the product. Most items earn between 10 and 100 points, and the exact amount is listed next to each product in your account.
Most receipts are reviewed within 48 hours. Your points appear in your account as soon as the receipt is approved, and we’ll let you know when they land.
You can upload a receipt up to 14 days after your purchase. After that, it’s no longer eligible for points.
Yes, as long as your digital receipt or order confirmation shows the store name, date, and items purchased. Upload a screenshot the same way you’d snap a paper receipt.
There’s no cap on your total points. Some products limit how many times they can earn on a single receipt, and that limit is listed with the product.
Try retaking the photo in good light, with the whole receipt flat and in frame. If it still won’t go through, you can submit it for manual review from your account within 14 days of purchase.

Gift cards start at $5 in value, so you can redeem as soon as you reach the lowest tier. If you’d rather save up, you can hold your points and redeem for a larger gift card later. You can choose from Target, Kroger, Instacart, Macy’s, and Walmart, and you can switch retailers each time you redeem.
Pick a retailer and amount from your rewards page, and your digital gift card is delivered to your account and inbox, usually within minutes. You can use it online or in store, depending on the retailer.
Your points stay in your account as long as you upload at least one receipt every 12 months. If your account goes a full year without any activity, your points may expire, and we’ll send you a reminder before that happens. Redeeming a gift card doesn’t reset or affect your remaining balance.
Not at this time. Points can be redeemed for gift cards only.
Yes. Once your digital gift card is delivered, you can share it with anyone, just like a gift card you bought in store.
Check your account first, since every gift card you redeem is saved there. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, reach out through our Contact page and we’ll sort it out.
